How do I choose my size?
Check the measurements and size guidance on each product page before ordering. Some styles run smaller than standard Australian sizing. Use the chart for the particular item rather than relying only on your usual size label.
How do I place an order?
Choose your colour and size, add the item to your cart, then continue to checkout. Check the selected options, delivery address, currency, shipping charge and final total before paying.

Where do you ship?
We ship within Australia and to Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. Available delivery options depend on your destination and order. If checkout does not offer shipping, email us before ordering.
How much is shipping?
Australian shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. International standard shipping is a fixed US$45 per package weighing 0.001–2 kg, displayed in the applicable checkout currency. Each package is charged separately; packages over 2 kg are not covered by that rate. Review the shipping charge and final total before paying.
How long will delivery take?
Processing happens before shipping, so allow for both processing and transit. Delivery varies by product, destination and service. The indicative CJ figures in our shipping policy are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not apply to every order. Customs and carrier delays can occur. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
Where are orders fulfilled?
Orders are fulfilled directly by CJdropshipping. Fulfilment location and shipping service can vary.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email shipping confirmation and tracking details where supported by the shipping method. Tracking can take time to update. For help, email us with your order number.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or fees. Charges collected at checkout are shown before purchase; other import charges may be payable on arrival.
Changes, returns & support
Can I change my address or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Changes may be possible before shipment, but cannot be guaranteed. Orders already in transit cannot be modified.
How do I request a return or report a problem?
